The Honey Collection

Co-founded in 2017, Marta and Andy started Edinburgh Honey Co. with just 24 hives, and a passion for bees and good honey. Andy is a 3rd generation Beekeeper, he keeps our local bee sisters here in Scotland, producing heather honey, as well as rapeseed which we combine to form the base of our Hot Toddy honey.

All of our honey is 100% raw, and 100% natural. Just as our bee sisters intended.
